BODY/BRAKES/FRAME
SUSPENSION/TIRES &
WHEELS
BODY: Front and rear door outer skins removed, treated & weld primed with copper base weld primer. Then trued, squared and welded back together and metal finished. Body tubs are dissected, rust repaired, treated, weld primed and jigged up, then welded back together.
BRAKES: Remanufactured calipers, new rotors, new pads, new outer bearings & seals, service hubs, new wheel cylinders, new brake shoes, brake lines replaced as necessary, brake drums replaced, master cylinder replaced, e-brake rebuilt.
FRAME: The frames are disassembled, sandblasted & powder coated, including rear cross member and rear spring hangers.
SUSPENSION: Due to the unavailability of the stock Toyota suspensions (new), in most cases we upgrade our suspensions to the tried, proven, tested, Old Man Emu components which include: springs, shocks, steering dampener, greaseable shackles and pins, bushings and u-bolts.
TIRES/WHEELS: Tires are new, wheels powder coated, new hubcaps, wheel balance & alignment.
PAINT/UPHOLSTERY
ACCESSORIES
PAINT: We use quality PPG paint products. Under body extensive seam sealing and rust proofing and sound deadener are applied. Upper body coated with color impregnated sound deadener after all seams are sealed. All individual parts are refinished inside and out.
UPHOLSTERY: All seat frames bead blasted, painted and reupholstered. Seatbelts refurbished or replaced.
ACCESSORIES: Options: winches, roof racks, air conditioning units, power steering, lifts, wheels, tires, stereo equipment, etc...just ask.
ENGINE/TRANSMISSION
TRANSFER CASE
ENGINE: Our motors are remanufactured by Portland Engine Rebuilders and come with a three year nation-wide warranty. All remanufactured motors are balanced, including balancing the fly wheel and pressure plate. We offer two types of engine rebuilds; stock or enhanced versions. All items on the exterior of the engine are either renewed or replaced, i.e. hoses, plugs, plugwires, alternator, starter, battery, radiator, belts, exhaust components, water pump, carburetors, etc.
